How long will it take for my order to ship?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. During peak collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to get your magic in the mail.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I know what size to order?
Since many of our pieces feature an oversized, relaxed fit, we recommend checking the specific size chart located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a more tailored look or staying true to size for the signature Lala vibe.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we work quickly to get your orders out, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
